I created and offered this eight-week journey in 2017, originally named Walking the Spiritual Warrior Paths of Transformation. I also created another, similar version called Walking the Spiritual Warrior Paths of Easing Grief.

Recently, I was inspired to breathe some new life and love into this quality, from-my-heart-and-soul experience… put this eight-week course on an on-line class platform, expand some of the components, and offer Transform Like a Spiritual Warrior: Reclaim Your Drive and Dreams as a powerful upgrade in the new-and-improved format.

Each week of this eight-week journey, you will receive new content that introduces a path of transformation—mindset, practices and approaches that allow you to transform on a spiritual and emotional level. Each week will also have some type of formal check-in, and we mix it up: phone or Zoom call, e-mail, or in-person or Zoom or phone session, in order to see how you’re doing and to provide feedback, reflection and guidance.
